Wide gravel paths lead across a generously laid out area with numerous palm trees, almond trees, cactuses and other Mediterranean plants and flowers, past the paddock and a spacious animal walk to the residential buildings, which consist of the main house inhabited by the owners and the attached 3 apartment apartments.
A large pool (12,5 x 8m) with a ca.400 sqm. Large terrace, covered bar and grill invites you to barbecue and sunbathing. There are enough sun beds and umbrellas available.
For sporting activities there is a tennis court, a table tennis table and a fitness machine.
The animals are an attraction for young and old. A bouquet, dogs, cats, goats, peacocks, geese, ducks and other feathers are hand-tame and need their strokes. If you have fun, you can help with feeding or collecting the eggs.
A lavish fish dough with good stocking also invites you to linger.
On the finca are 3 friendly and comfortably furnished apartments for 4 or 6 persons.
The smaller apartment is including the terrace of approx. 75 sqm and consists of a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, an open fireplace, a bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. The two larger apartments are each 95sqm in size; Next to a spacious living-dining room there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, a small hallway and a fully equipped kitchen. All apartments have satellite TV, wireless internet and a small stereo with CD player. The kitchens are equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and sufficient dishes and cutlery. For sufficient bed linen and towels is provided. Child bed and high chair available.
A shared washing machine and dryer can be used by the guests. The town itself has 8500 inhabitants. The shopping is good and 3x weekly, in the center of the city a market place. The large Fridaymarket attracts visitors from the surrounding area. Numerous small bars and cafés invite you to linger.
